When we first started our brunch program, guests fell in love with our exciting buffet and à la carte menu. Unfortunately, buffets quickly went out of style thanks to Covid.
Now, it’s time to reinvent how we approach brunch and Chef Ming Pu is certainly up to task. Along with Beverage Director Emily Sego, our team at Brooklyn and the Butcher welcome to you to try our new American brunch menu, now back and better than ever!
